We accept all major credit cards. HSA/FSA and Health insurance are NOT accepted as a form of payment.
Your consultation is included in the cost of your Heads Up Medical Kit. If the physician determines that your order for antibiotics is appropriate, the only payment made will be for the Heads Up Medical Kit. There is no additional consultation fee.
Heads Up Medical does not accept any type of health insurance.
Currently add-ons are not available, but this feature is coming in the near future.
Yes! You are eligible to purchase a Heads Up Medical Kit for additional locations. For those who have a legitimate reason to own an additional Kit, you can apply for approval during the standard checkout process. Example of eligible situations:
